In this webinar Professor Mattias Nordqvist and Professor Roberto Verganti will present ideas for a new research program that explores the intersection of art, innovation and family business. This includes, but is not limited to, the role of art in how entrepreneurs and owners make sense of a changing context, envision new paths and create value, which can assist us scholars in understanding key areas in the family business field, such as reframing, meaning making, ownership, entrepreneurship and succession.
Mattias Nordqvist is Professor and the inaugural holder of the SEB Chair in Entrepreneurship and Family Business at House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics where he is the founding Director of Center for Family Enterprise. He is also a Professor at Jönköping International Business School, Jönköping University where he is affiliated with Center for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO).
Roberto Verganti is Professor and the inaugural holder of the Josefsson Family Chair in Art and Innovation at House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics where he is currently building a new Center for Art and Innovation.
