The IFERA 2026 Conference offers two types of registrations:
A registration for IFERA members, so those who have purchased or renew their membership for the year 2026. If you haven’t done so yet but you wish to become a member you can add a membership before adding the ticket for members to your cart.
A registration for non-members, so those who are not interested in or eligible for a membership.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note we can no longer edit invoices after they have been produced. We encourage you to check your invoicing details in the summary before proceeding to check out. Buying a membership and a ticket together will produce a unique invoice with the two items description. If you need two seperate invoices, please make two seperate purchases.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable.
Conference Registration:
Registration cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, in the event of cancellation:
The paid registration may be transferred to another co-author of the same paper, provided that the substitute author has not already registered.
For single-authored papers, 50% of the paid registration fee may be credited toward registration for the following year’s conference.
All requests for registration transfers or credits must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers and are subject to approval.
