Emanuela Rondi is Assistant Professor Free University of Bolzano (Italy) and is member of the Centre for Family Business Management. Her research lies at the intersection of family business and social capital, with a particular interest in the impact of family external relationships in succession and innovation dynamics. She is member of the Editorial Review Boards of JFBS. She published in ET&P and JFBS. She is member of the Education and Professional Development Sub-Committee of IFERA.
