Lucia is a Professor in Business Administration and Senior Advisor to the President for Internationalization.
She received her doctorate from JIBS and holds a M.Sc. from the University of Florence. Her main research and teaching are in the areas of entrepreneurship, international business and strategy.
Her research focuses on growth and internationalization of small and young firm. She is also interested in entrepreneurship in different contexts, including family firms, media firms, and firms located in rural areas. Lucia's research has been published in several journal articles and book chapters.
